About the role

Origin Coffee is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing projects across the business.

Working closely with the Marketing Project Manager, you'll play a central role in keeping creative projects moving, coordinating partners to ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time and to brand standards. From print production to campaign coordination, asset filing and shoot support, you'll help bring Origin's brand to life across every touchpoint.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for a career within brand and marketing.

What you'll do

Packaging & Print Coordination

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of coffee label and tasting card artwork, working closely with Design and Coffee Operations teams to ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing print production, including menus, posters, vinyls and other branded materials.
  • Manage packaging and print production workflows, liaising with external printers and suppliers to oversee timelines, approvals and deliveries.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure all printed materials are produced and delivered to specification and schedule.
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Marketing Coordination

  • Own and maintain Origin's brand asset library, ensuring creative assets, press materials and key documentation are organised, current and easily accessible.
  • Manage and update the marketing calendar, tracking product launches, campaigns, events, retail activity and key business milestones.
  • Coordinate the approval, organisation and distribution of creative assets, campaign briefs and marketing documentation, ensuring internal teams and external partners are working from the latest approved versions.
  • Support the creation of marketing presentations and internal communications by sourcing content, imagery, product information and campaign updates.
  • Support the Social Media Manager with the organisation and upload of approved content across social channels.
  • Help optimise project management processes and creative workflows within Asana to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Conduct competitor and market research, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to inform campaigns, product launches and brand activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
