This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for a career within brand and marketing.
What you'll do
Packaging & Print Coordination

- Manage packaging and print production workflows, liaising with external printers and suppliers to oversee timelines, approvals and deliveries.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure all printed materials are produced and delivered to specification and schedule.

- Manage and update the marketing calendar, tracking product launches, campaigns, events, retail activity and key business milestones.
- Coordinate the approval, organisation and distribution of creative assets, campaign briefs and marketing documentation, ensuring internal teams and external partners are working from the latest approved versions.
- Support the creation of marketing presentations and internal communications by sourcing content, imagery, product information and campaign updates.
- Support the Social Media Manager with the organisation and upload of approved content across social channels.
- Help optimise project management processes and creative workflows within Asana to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Conduct competitor and market research, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to inform campaigns, product launches and brand activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
