Responsibilities
About the Team
BytePlus is looking for a Marketing Intern to help support campaign marketing in setting up marketing processes, working on various industry campaigns in relation to marketing operations and programs, and generate valuable leads.
You will be part of the Global Marketing team, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Solutions, and Sales teams to drive audience engagement and deliver key KPIs. You will need to have good project management and communication skills. A good understanding of different marketing functions and marketing automation tools will be beneficial in this role.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently juggle multiple timelines with internal parties such as designers, writers, and developers to improve project workflow.
- Coordinate with third-party partners, including agencies and freelancers, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support financial administration, including processing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Support with competitor & industry research, identifying trends and patterns.
- Work with account teams to research, build, and maintain organisational charts for key clients and target accounts.
- Analyze marketing reports to highlight opportunities and trends relevant to B2B Tech.
- Support event planning and logistics for marketing events and campaigns.
- Deep-dive into the profiles of our target audience, developing research to uncover their attitudes and behavior.
- Manage content and digital advertising projects with agencies and in-house marketers, subject matter experts, product managers, writers, and designers.
- Understand data from analytics platforms to distinguish the effectiveness of our marketing projects and campaigns.
- Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Able to commit to 4 - 6 months of internship.
- Familiarity with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
- Proficiency in English is required to be able to communicate with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Depth of knowledge in executing marketing strategies.
