Marketing Project Manager

Location: Leicester (Hybrid Working) with UK travel

As our new Marketing Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, development and retention. Working across our UK business, you’ll lead the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns—from concept through to delivery—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing people together to achieve shared goals, and acts as a key link between Marketing and the wider business. Your work will shape successful campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage campaign timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and successfully.
  • Build strong cross-team relationships—collaborating with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders to drive campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and share insights to continuously improve future activity.
  • Facilitate campaign planning sessions, reviews, and project updates, ensuring alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout.
  • Champion brand consistency, ensuring all marketing activity adheres to Cromwell’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence presenting plans and progress to senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • High attention to detail, paired with a proactive and adaptable approach for fast-paced environments.
