About the Role
This Marketing Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale digital marketing projects in a fast-moving ecosystem, whether in iGaming, esports, gaming, or another high-energy digital sector.

Key Accountabilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and events, from initial planning through execution and impact assessment.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, and roadmaps across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely and seamless execution of cross-disciplinary projects in collaboration with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention teams.
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Facilitate marketing standups, project meetings, and status updates, fostering alignment, accountability, and clarity across stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, assess blockers, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule and budget.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to prioritise workflows, solve bottlenecks, and translate broader strategic goals into actionable project plans.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking budgets, milestones, team capacity, deadlines, and performance metrics using tools like Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Drive continuous process improvement, refining workflows and optimising post-project reviews for future efficiency.

Essential Requirements
✅ 3+ years’ experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or coordination (or a similar role). ✅ Strong preference for previous experience in iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast-moving digital sector. ✅ Exceptional project management skills, with proven ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines. ✅ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, including facilitation of meetings, tracking action items, and keeping teams aligned and accountable. ✅ Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, partnerships, paid media, and acquisition/retention strategies. ✅ Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or Asana. ✅ Strong analytical mindset—ability to analyse data and drive operational efficiency through reporting and insights. ✅ Attention to detail, problem-solving instinct, and adaptability to navigate rapidly evolving project needs. ✅ Collaborative and ownership-focused—commited to driving high-quality outcomes with a results-driven mindset.
