Marketing Project Manager
Manchester, 2 days office
£60,000
Please note, you will need to have experience working in Gaming / Entertainment.
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join a huge global business and lead a range of strategic projects that support marketing transformation and business growth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish, working with teams across the business to make sure initiatives are delivered on time, achieve their objectives, and create real impact. You'll play a key role in improving the way the marketing function operates, helping to introduce better processes, drive collaboration, and keep projects moving forward.

A bit about the role
- Lead the planning and delivery of strategic marketing and business change projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success measures.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams at the same time, keeping priorities and dependencies on track.
- Identify risks early and put plans in place to keep projects moving.
- Run project meetings, provide regular updates, and keep stakeholders informed throughout.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to support reporting and measure the success of key initiatives.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, introduce new ways of working, and make the marketing function more efficient.

- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence people at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain ideas, recommendations, and progress clearly.
- A good understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Previous experience working closely with marketing teams and a good understanding of marketing KPIs and performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support decision-making.
