Location: Tooting Film Studios, Tooting, London (CR4 2JX)
Salary: £30,000 Base + Monthly Sales Bonus (OTE up to £40,000 per annum)
Reports to: Studio Director / Founder

This is the perfect role for you if you:

  • Have 2-3 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Want to have direct impact and authority to help a business grow.
  • Are interested in video production and being involved in studio life.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Executive to sit at the heart of our operations.

This is both for our studio space as well as our award-winning production agency.

This means managing studio bookings, ensuring their shoot is successful, and working on brilliant marketing content to help our business grow!

We are looking for a proactive individual who lives within 5 miles of the studio. As a key holder in a startup environment, you are the face of the studio; we need someone who can reliably reach us even when London transport falters, ensuring our clients’ productions always start on time.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Success (Studio Management)

  • Booking Management: Lead the end-to-end studio booking process, from initial inquiry to "wrap."
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional hospitality and technical reassurance to visiting crews.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain studio and equipment processes, ensuring the space is "shoot-ready" at all times and managing relationships with external suppliers/kit hire houses.
  • On-Site Support: Occasionally assist with basic studio resets or gear movements to support incoming productions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
