Marketing & Sales Internship - Summer 2026 (ASAP Start)
Strive Collective is a London-based company delivering face-to-face campaigns across events, retail locations, and promotional spaces. We work with organisations in the energy sector, helping them connect directly with customers and increase awareness of their services.
We are offering a 3-month Summer Internship Programme for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, leadership development, and business operations within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
This internship is designed to provide practical, real-world experience, with structured training and clear exposure to how a sales-focused business operates.
Overview
This is a full-time, on-site internship based in London, running for 3 months.
Interns will begin by developing core skills in face-to-face sales and customer engagement, before gaining exposure to team leadership and the operational side of the business.
This is not a classroom-based internship all training is delivered through hands-on experience and guided development.

What You Will Learn
Month 1: Sales & Customer Engagement
Work at events, retail spaces, and promotional locations Learn how to engage customers face-to-face Develop communication and presentation skills Gain an understanding of the energy sector and services offered Learn how performance is measured and improved
Month 2: Leadership & Team Development
Continue building personal sales performance Support team leaders in coordinating daily activities Learn how to guide and support new team members Develop skills in communication, motivation, and teamwork
Month 3: Business Operations & Overview
Gain insight into campaign planning and daily operations Understand how teams are managed and scaled Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, organisation, and performance tracking Build a 360° understanding of how the business operates
Key Responsibilities
Represent partner brands at events and retail locations across London Engage with customers face-to-face to introduce energy services Provide clear, accurate, and professional information Contribute to individual and team performance targets Participate in structured training and development sessions Support team members and assist with onboarding activities Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this internship, applicants must:
Be available for full-time work for the full 3-month internship period Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be confident working in a face-to-face, public-facing environment Be proactive, reliable, and willing to learn Be able to work on-site in London Have the legal right to work in the UK
