Marketing & Sales Manager – DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time
Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and grow an established presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone with a strong understanding of the DACH market, combining strategic oversight with operational delivery across marketing, sales, and account development. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional performance and shaping go-to-market strategies tailored to local audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and deliver the regional marketing and sales strategy, aligned with wider business objectives and tailored to the DACH market
- Take ownership of regional performance, setting targets and driving execution across marketing, sales, and account management
- Build and develop a regional team over time, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Act as the key internal representative for the DACH region, providing insight on opportunities, risks, and investment priorities
Marketing Strategy, Research & Execution
- Lead market research initiatives to understand customer segments, buyer behaviour, and competitor activity
- Translate insights into effective positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies
- Localise and optimise marketing channels including digital, email, paid media, content, and offline materials
- Collaborate with wider teams to adapt and scale campaigns for the DACH region
- Establish effective performance tracking and reporting, even in limited data environments

Sales Growth & Account Management
- Drive revenue growth across eCommerce and regional sales channels
- Manage and develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Align marketing activity with commercial outcomes through targeted sales activation strategies
- Oversee and optimise the full customer journey from acquisition to retention
Partnerships & Market Presence
- Develop relationships with industry partners, ambassadors, and key stakeholders
- Identify and manage participation in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and events
- Plan and deliver regional campaigns, events, and presentations to internal and external audiences
Product Launches
- Lead regional go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Ensure messaging, pricing, and channel strategies are tailored to local markets
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activity
- Gather and report market feedback to inform future product development
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and report on regional marketing performance, sales results, and pipeline activity
- Produce clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Track competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing and sales role, ideally within the DACH region
- Strong background in marketing strategy, research, and campaign execution
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within an established market
- Experience building, leading, and developing teams
- In-depth understanding of DACH business culture and market dynamics
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions using incomplete data
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience within hardware, SaaS, construction, or related industries
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, CRO, and paid social channels
- Experience launching products into European markets
- Additional European language skills
