We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a leading agricultural technology business specialising in innovative solutions that help farmers improve productivity, sustainability, and operational efficiency. This is a newly created role offering the chance to make a genuine impact. You'll work at the heart of a dynamic commercial team, helping to strengthen brand awareness, support sales activities, and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge agricultural solutions to customers across the UK. If you're a proactive individual with marketing experience, strong organisational skills, and an interest in technology or agriculture, this could be the ideal next step in your career. About the opportunity: This is a varied and hands-on role that combines marketing, sales administration, customer engagement, and event coordination. You'll work closely with the sales and after-sales teams, taking ownership of key marketing activities while supporting the smooth running of commercial operations. No two days are the same. From creating engaging marketing campaigns and social media content to coordinating customer orders and supporting industry events, you'll play a vital role in helping the business grow. In particular, you will: Create and manage marketing content across social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, warranty registration, and maintaining CRM/ERP systems. Coordinate customer communications, quotations, and sales documentation. Organise and support exhibitions, agricultural events, demonstrations, and associated logistics. Monitor marketing activity performance and provide insights to support business growth. Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support the wider commercial team.
