DATAHEAD is partnering with a major global organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation of its media, data, and analytics function across Europe. We are supporting the build-out of a regional analytics team responsible for driving data-driven investment strategy, advanced measurement, and marketing effectiveness across multiple markets.
We are now seeking a senior analytics leader who can blend technical expertise with strong commercial and client-facing skills. This role sits above market, working with regional stakeholders to elevate analytics maturity, shape media investment decisions, and implement measurement best practice at scale.
The Role
You will act as the strategic connector between category teams and analytics excellence. You’ll lead regional budget-setting frameworks, interpret and operationalise marketing mix modelling outputs, and turn complex data into clear, actionable guidance for senior stakeholders.
You will work in a high-performing regional team, partnering closely with analytics directors, investment teams, and local market leads across Europe.

What You’ll Lead
Analytics & Investment Strategy
- Own the annual budget-setting process across multiple product categories.
- Apply Marketing Mix Models, response curves, and FMCG benchmarks to guide optimal media investment.
- Build consolidated analytics outputs and translate these into recommendations.
Measurement Excellence
- Interpret performance across key touchpoints (e.g., search, video, retail/digital media, TV).
- Feed insights into regional principles and help refine best-in-class measurement frameworks.
Market Enablement
- Support markets with calibration of response curves into planning systems.
- Collect and consolidate market-level data assets to localise sufficiency guidelines.
- Upskill regional teams on analytics concepts such as reach, frequency, GRPs, carryover, multimedia measurement, brand vs demand generation.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Present confidently to senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to investment and marketing teams.
- Manage multiple analytics projects while mentoring junior team members.

What You Bring
Essential
- Strong background in analytics, econometrics, MMM, or marketing science.
- Experience in a media, marketing, or FMCG analytics environment.
- Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Confident presenter with a track record of influencing senior teams.
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and markets.
Preferred
- Experience in budget setting and media investment strategy.
- Exposure to attribution, A/B testing, lift analysis, or response curve modelling.
- Familiarity with Python/R (or willingness to learn).
- Background from analytics consultancies or platform marketing science teams.
