Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Lead

We are looking for a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Lead to spearhead the strategic direction for our measurement ecosystem—driving our value proposition to clients and partners by testing, learning, and improving the power and performance of Reddit as a media platform. You will be an integral part of the Marketing Science team, balancing deep technical measurement expertise with strategic partner management to help our advertisers succeed.

Location: Hybrid. London, UK

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution calendar for an assigned advertiser or partner portfolio. Develop multi-month roadmaps that align with research and business goals, ensuring these programs directly drive platform adoption and revenue.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of 3rd party partnerships, including discovery, vetting, and onboarding. Work with Product Marketing (PMMs) to execute inbound/outbound requests to identify both market-leading and emergent vendors.
  • Co-author requests for information (RFI) and program briefs that clearly outline Reddit's needs. Partner laterally across internal commercial leadership and external vendors to facilitate joint scoping, milestone scheduling, and field-readiness.
  • Serve as the internal expert on measurement efficacy. Act as a neutral evaluator of platform and partner performance, identifying where current tools fall short and championing improvements to data architecture and pipeline connectivity.
  • Provide guidance on technical data flows, including how data pipelines connect, and advise on methodologies for MTA, sales/brand lift, and geo-lifts to support global revenue goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
