Reddit is seeking a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Lead to guide the strategic evolution of our measurement ecosystem. You’ll spearhead the value of Reddit as a media platform by improving performance through testing, learning, and leveraging insights for advertisers and partners. As a core member of the Marketing Science team, you’ll seamlessly blend technical measurement expertise with partner strategy to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Portfolio & Strategy
- Own the full multi-month execution calendar for an assigned advertiser or partner portfolio, ensuring alignment with research and business goals.
- Develop roadmaps that directly drive platform adoption and revenue.
- Manage the lifecycle of third-party partnerships, from discovery and vetting to seamless onboarding.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to handle both inbound and outbound partner requests, identifying cutting-edge and established vendors.

Request Development & Scoping
- Co-author clear, structured Requests for Information (RFI) and program briefs, laying out Reddit’s objectives.
- Partner across internal commercial leadership and external vendors to define joint project scopes, schedules, and testing readiness.

- Measurement & Performance Expertise
- Serve as the go-to internal expert on measurement effectiveness, evaluating platform and partner performance objectively.
- Identify performance gaps and advocate for data architecture and pipeline improvements.
- Guide technical data flow expectations—connecting pipelines, advising on methodologies for products like: ✔ Media Time Attribution (MTA) ✔ Sales/brand lift studies ✔ Geo-lift measurement
- Support global revenue goals with actionable testing insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in advertising, analytics, or research at vendors, media owners, or agencies, with at least 1 year in digital advertising.
- Proven track record of setting up, managing, and driving adoption of measurement programs across partner ecosystems.
- Deep familiarity with measurement frameworks, including: ✔ Attitudinal survey research ✔ Online/offline sales & ROI measurement ✔ Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Media Time Attribution.
- Technical fluency in digital ad tech, covers: ✔ Serving and targeting ✔ Optimization ✔ Data pipelines and methodologies
- Strong ability to quantitively analyze, present, and articulate complex advertising insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
