Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Lead

Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Lead at Reddit

Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. Leading a hybrid team in London, UK, we’re seeking a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Lead to drive the strategic direction of our measurement ecosystem by testing, learning, and evolving Reddit as a media platform.

About the Role

You will be an integral part of the Marketing Science team, blending deep technical measurement expertise with strategic partner management to help our advertisers succeed. This role requires both executive oversight of partnerships and nuanced technical insights to refine Reddit’s done-for-you research platform and meet evolving advertiser needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Lead the end-to-end execution calendar for an assigned advertiser or partner portfolio, developing multi-month roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring programs directly drive platform adoption and revenue.
  • Partner Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of third-party partnerships, including discovery, vetting, and onboarding, collaborating with Product Marketing (PMMs) to execute both inbound and outbound requests.
  • Request Development: Co-author requests for information (RFIs) and program briefs, clearly outlining Reddit’s needs with external vendors while partnering cross-functionally to scope, schedule, and prepare vendors for implementation.
  • Measurement Advocacy: Serve as Reddit’s measurement efficacy expert, identifying gaps in data architecture and pipeline connectivity, and championing improvements to elevate platform performance.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expertise on data flows, advising on methodologies for Multivariate Testing (MTA), sales/brand lift, and geographic lifts to support global revenue goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
