Marketing Services Manager
Luxury Lifestyle Estate - Gloucestershire
JWR is recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Services Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality and lifestyle destination in the Cotswolds.
Set within an exceptional countryside estate, the business offers a diverse collection of luxury accommodation, spa and wellness facilities, restaurants, events, leisure experiences and premium property services.
This is a hands-on marketing role focused on coordinating and delivering campaigns across the wider estate. You will ensure that every piece of communication, campaign and marketing asset reflects the quality, creativity and attention to detail expected of a leading luxury brand.

The Role
As Marketing Services Manager, you will manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and communications across the business.
Working closely with operational teams, commercial stakeholders, creative partners and external agencies, you will translate campaign briefs into clear and effective activity across email, websites, digital channels and printed collateral.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns across accommodation, restaurants, spa, events and property services
- Managing campaign timelines, asset production, approvals and delivery
- Maintaining a clear and accurate marketing calendar
- Building, writing and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Managing CRM audience segmentation and targeted customer communications
- Producing newsletters, promotional campaigns and guest communications
- Monitoring campaign engagement, conversions and performance
- Updating website content through the business CMS
- Ensuring seasonal offers, experiences and promotions remain accurate and current
- Coordinating digital marketing activity with external agencies
- Producing brochures, menus, event materials, sales presentations and promotional collateral
- Creating polished marketing assets using Canva or similar platforms
- Managing print production and external creative suppliers
- Maintaining consistent branding, messaging and tone of voice
- Supporting award submissions, partnerships, launches and commercial initiatives
- Maintaining an organised library of marketing assets and brand templates

Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused marketing professional with experience working within a luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, property or multi-business environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Services Manager or Marketing Executive ready to take on greater responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing email marketing and CRM communications
- Confidence writing engaging campaign copy and promotional content
- Experience updating websites and coordinating digital marketing activity
- Strong Canva or similar design platform skills
- Experience producing marketing collateral and working with creative suppliers
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong visual awareness and an understanding of luxury branding
- A commercial mindset and an appreciation of how marketing supports revenue and operational performance
