The Marketing Services Operations Coordinator ensures the timely production of high quality marketing content by managing workflows from Marketing through to Content, Creative, and Digital teams. This role is critical to supporting a dynamic and growing global business, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with business priorities
Requirements
What You'll Do:
Brief Review & Development
Evaluate incoming briefs for clarity and completeness. Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to refine briefs, ensuring they are actionable and aligned with Agile delivery principles.
Workflow
Maintain and manage the workflow platform. Prioritise tasks based on urgency, business impact, and team capacity, using Agile methodologies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Cross-Team Coordination
Schedule and assign tasks across Content, Creative, and Digital teams, balancing demand with available resources.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the central point of contact between Marketing and production teams. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of timelines, progress, and any changes to scope or priorities. Steer communications around and adoption of processes and governance.

Supplier liaison
Support the ongoing optimisation of the workflow and digital asset management platform through liaison with the platform provider. Focussing on tooling, templates, DAM and automation features.
Who You Are:
Minimum of three years in marketing functions in a complex, international business environment, ideally within a consultancy or professional services firm. At least 2 years of hands-on experience using a digital workflow and asset management platform. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record of applying Agile project management principles in a content or marketing production environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum. High attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables. Proficiency in project management and traffic management tools, with a strong understanding of Agile workflows and digital asset management best practices.
