With over 50 years of experience on the Lincolnshire coast, Blue Anchor Leisure is a family-run business operating 18 holiday parks, five entertainment venues, and a range of leisure and hospitality facilities.
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and organised Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our busy marketing department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing. Whether you're studying at college, completing a university degree, or have recently finished your education, we'll provide the opportunity to learn, develop, and gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.
The Role
No two days are the same. You'll support the Marketing Manager with a variety of creative and administrative tasks across our parks, venues, and events.
Your Duties May Include
- Assisting with social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Photographing and filming parks, venues, and events.
- Creating simple graphics using Canva.
- Scheduling social media posts.
- Supporting the planning of marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Assisting with website updates and marketing administration.
- Helping maintain marketing assets, photography, and content libraries.
- Supporting the team at events when required.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative and enthusiastic.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Confident using social media.
- Comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers.
- Keen to learn new skills and develop within a marketing team.
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events.
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable

- Experience using Canva.
- Interest in photography or videography.
- An interest in marketing, social media, or digital content.
- Currently studying or recently completed a marketing, media, or business-related course.

Full Time
(Some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays may be required to support events.)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
