With over 50 years of experience on the Lincolnshire coast, Blue Anchor Leisure is a family-run business operating 18 holiday parks, five entertainment venues, and a range of leisure and hospitality facilities.

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and organised Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our busy marketing department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing. Whether you're studying at college, completing a university degree, or have recently finished your education, we'll provide the opportunity to learn, develop, and gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.

The Role

No two days are the same. You'll support the Marketing Manager with a variety of creative and administrative tasks across our parks, venues, and events.

Your Duties May Include

  • Assisting with social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Photographing and filming parks, venues, and events.
  • Creating simple graphics using Canva.
  • Scheduling social media posts.
  • Supporting the planning of marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Assisting with website updates and marketing administration.
  • Helping maintain marketing assets, photography, and content libraries.
  • Supporting the team at events when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Creative and enthusiastic.
  • Well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Confident using social media.
  • Comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers.
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop within a marketing team.
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events.

Essential

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type

Full Time

(Some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays may be required to support events.)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
