Lyra Health is looking for a structured, hands-on Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our European Commercial Team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who loves content creation, platform management, and keeping marketing workflows moving smoothly. In this position, you will provide critical day-to-day support to our commercial growth efforts across Europe, helping to scale our visibility and maintain our brand footprint in several key international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Newsletter Coordination: Draft, compile, and coordinate content for our monthly commercial newsletter. You will be responsible for gathering updates from the team, writing clean copy in English, and building out the localized, "in-language" versions of the newsletter to ensure our updates are properly formatted and delivered to our European client base.
- Presentation & Slide Deck Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to the sales and account management teams by helping create and polish customer-facing presentations. You will take raw notes, project data, or standard templates and format them into clean, visually aligned, client-ready slide decks that support our commercial pitches.
- Localized LinkedIn Scheduling & Translation: Manage the daily posting schedules and basic content translation for Lyra’s localized European professional profiles—specifically covering Lyra Spain, Lyra Belgium, Lyra Netherlands, and Lyra Hungary. You will adapt master English content into localized posts, ensure accurate translations, and monitor engagement across these feeds.
- B2B Social Media Campaigns: Set up, launch, and monitor paid and organic lead-generation campaigns on LinkedIn. Working with standard campaign metrics, you will manage audience filters, track budget spend, and flag incoming leads for our outbound sales teams to follow up on.
- SEO Agency Day-to-Day Contact: Serve as the main internal point of contact for our external SEO agency. You will be responsible for passing content briefs back and forth, tracking their ongoing deliverables, updating our website content based on their recommendations, and ensuring that our organic search strategy stays on track.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
