We have an exciting 12m FTC opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our team
Playing a key role in shaping and delivering our savings marketing and retail communications strategy.
This role exists to drive impactful, insight-led campaigns that support our customer value proposition, bring our brand to life and deliver against business priorities. The role is responsible for leading integrated savings marketing activity and delivering key engagement moments, including our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and seasonal events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the delivery of engaging, multi-channel marketing activity while working collaboratively across the organisation
- Deliver impactful campaigns that grow brand awareness, consideration, engagement and conversion.
- Plan and deliver integrated through-the-line marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned across channels and tailored to audience needs.
- Ensure campaigns meet defined objectives and regulatory requirements (including BCOBs)
- Use data and insights to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders and channel specialists across the business to deliver activity aligned to our customer value proposition
- Support budget management to deliver ambitious campaigns while managing risk responsibly
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners, maximising the value of those collaborations
- Ensure all communications are consistent with our brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards
- Contribute to a high-performing team by supporting and developing colleagues

What we’re looking for
We welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences and career paths. You might be a great fit if you bring:
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, ideally in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing (digital, social, ATL & BTL)
- Confidence working with stakeholders and managing agency relationships
- Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and improve performance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing effectiveness
- A creative, curious mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom)
Nice to have (but not essential):
- A marketing qualification
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
- Experience planning and delivering events
- Welsh language skills (spoken and/or written)
