Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing
12 Month Initial Contract | >£310/Day Inside IR35 (Up to circa £70K pro rata) | Hybrid (Remote/Central London HQ)
Sentinel are working closely with a globally renowned organisation in gaming and entertainment. They are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join their Consumer Engagement team on contract for an initial 12 month term.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end build and deployment of campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms
- Plan campaigns based on existing blueprints and improve prior campaign structures
- Design, build and optimise automated and trigger-based messaging and scale lifecycle programs
- Collaborate with the team to drive user centricity through models, content insights to achieve personalisation at scale
- Analyze campaigns and journeys to understand the performance of these activities and build on the results for the next iteration

Experience Required:
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms
- Ability to take ownership of campaign delivery end-to-end, from setup through to troubleshooting and optimisation
- 3+ years proven experience in B2C marketing, customer lifecycle management, and engagement marketing
- Passionate about the customer– you look at quantitative and qualitative consumer insights to make decisions and recommend improvements
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Interactive Studio or equivalent
