About Yibi Hantang
Yibi Hantang is the brand growth and lifestyle licensing platform of Yibi Group, focused on supporting selected international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands as they explore controlled growth opportunities in China.
We help brands evaluate China market potential through consumer insight, lifestyle category validation, product and content coordination, selective channel testing, and brand governance.
Our role is to help international brands translate China market opportunities into thoughtful, brand-respecting, and executable partnership projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist based in London to support Yibi Hantang’s brand partnership, content, and marketing communication work.
This role will help create high-quality marketing materials, brand research, market insight content, presentation decks, event materials, and digital communication assets that support Yibi Hantang’s conversations with international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized marketer with an interest in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, and China market trends. This person should be detail-oriented, visually sensitive, and comfortable supporting both content creation and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Marketing Materials
- Create and edit marketing content for Yibi Hantang’s brand communication, LinkedIn presence, newsletters, presentations, and internal materials.
- Support the development of pitch decks, brand partnership proposals, market insight reports, event materials, and case study documents.
- Translate China market insights into clear, polished, and brand-relevant English content for international audiences.
- Help maintain consistency in Yibi Hantang’s tone of voice, visual standards, and brand messaging across marketing materials.
- Coordinate with design, brand, commercial, and China-based teams to prepare high-quality content and presentation assets.

Brand & Market Research
- Conduct research on international fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, and premium consumer brands.
- Monitor China market trends, consumer behaviors, platform dynamics, and lifestyle category opportunities.
- Support research on topics such as fragrance, home fragrance, gifting, lifestyle rituals, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, Tmall Luxury Pavilion, and China luxury consumers.
- Prepare concise research summaries, brand profiles, competitor notes, and market updates for internal and external use.
Campaign, Event & Partnership Support
- Support the planning and coordination of selected marketing activities, brand meetings, events, webinars, presentations, and partnership communications.
- Assist with event preparation, invitation materials, meeting documents, follow-up notes, and post-event summaries.
- Work with the commercial and partnership teams to create materials that support outreach, meetings, proposals, and relationship development.
- Help track marketing and partnership activities, including content performance, campaign feedback, meeting outcomes, and project progress.
Project Coordination
- Manage content timelines, research tasks, document updates, and marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain organized files, templates, brand references, and marketing asset libraries.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations as Yibi Hantang builds its international brand partnership platform.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, brand communication, PR, market research, events, or related fields.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, premium consumer brands, or China market trends.
- Ability to create clear presentations, research summaries, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Strong attention to detail, visual sensitivity, and respect for brand tone.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with international teams and cross-cultural topics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a growing business environment.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, creative agency, PR, consulting, or premium consumer sectors.
- Familiarity with China’s luxury, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, gifting, and content-driven consumer market.
- Experience with LinkedIn content, newsletters, presentation decks, event materials, or brand research.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
- Basic design sense and familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
