The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth in the UK.
  • Organise and manage exhibitions, industry events, partner activities, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to support market development and lead generation activities.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including:
    • Campaign copy
    • Social media posts
    • Newsletters
    • Promotional materials Ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
  • Design marketing collateral such as:
    • Posters
    • Brochures
    • Banners
    • Presentations
    • Videos
    • Other visual assets To support branding and sales initiatives.
  • Support local business operations and cross-functional coordination to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, event management, or a related role.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and partner-facing activities.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Native English Speaker.
  • Experience in B2B technology, security, AIoT, electronics, or related industries (advantageous).
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
