Marketing Specialist - German Speaking [210742]

Marketing Specialist (German-Speaking Market) – End-to-End Campaign Execution

Aquent is collaborating with a pioneering global e-commerce and tech leader reshaping how customers find and buy products. This innovative business prioritises customer experience through cutting-edge technology and data-driven marketing. We’re seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Germany, where you’ll drive strategic marketing initiatives—focusing on large-scale deal events, customer retention, and lifecycle engagement during peak periods like Q4.

In this hands-on role, you’ll design, coordinate and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring high visibility for products, seamless conversions, and long-term customer loyalty. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to refine strategies, optimise brand messaging, and deliver measurable impact across a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of German-speaking-market high-stakes deal campaigns, particularly during Q4 peak periods.
  • Develop and enhance product discovery, conversion funnel optimisation, and retention strategies through onsite merchandising and engagement initiatives.
  • Run customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and outbound channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align and deliver segmented customer experiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold excellence across all touchpoints while adhering to global demands.
  • Refine and localise messaging to ensure flawless German language standards and deep audience resonance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
