Contract Type
Fixed-term maternity cover position until approximately the end of September 2027. Depending on business needs and mutual interest, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract or continue employment within the company.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for all social media and digital channels, reporting to the Director, Marketing. The digital specialist will lead conversations around the Hydrafacial brand, engaging with consumers, estheticians, Hydrafacial providers, influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Hydrafacial social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn): editorial calendar, community management, UGC, contests, boosted content and lives.
- Generate organic content liase with the Influencer agency and Sales Teams.
- Track and measure Social Media Performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Care, Sales, Loyalty, Product, and Quality teams to respond and support all inquiries & questions coming through various social media channels.
- Use excellent customer service and communication skills to support and nurture customers & consumers using our brand voice.
- Actively monitor conversations in the beauty, skincare, and health space, and insert Hydrafacial into the conversation.
- Assist the Marketing team in day-to-day activities such as scheduling influencer & contest winner appointments, creative briefs, and content management.
- Explore tagged content to select shareable content & repost content to Instagram stories daily.
- Use Hootsuite as a key tool in day-to-day social media monitoring, measuring, and listening. Build reports & insights to communicate to management.
- Create email journeys for providers, leads and consumers that engage with the audience and continue to optimize open and click through rates.
- Be the point person for drafting, sending, and reporting on promotional messages, new product announcements, and other communications to customers.
- Control social media expenses according to Marketing Director’s guidance and marketing budget.
- Manage LVBX tool and agency to ensure optimal usage of the tool and drive social media reach.
- Brief and optimise social media and PPC lead generation campaigns in close partnership with the media agency. Liaise with the CS team to share Meta leads.
- Own The Drop content management platform and partner with Sales and CS teams to ensure content is up to date and easy to access.
- Manage E-com performance, Optimize customer journey (cross-selling, UX). (DE)
- Create promotions and measure and track Performance (KPIs Tracking). (DE)
- Support Product launches via Digital landscape (Web-shop, website and Ads). (DE)
- Website maintenance, review user experience and pageview metrics to optimize content flow, website updates and resource platform management available to clients.
- Google Analitics analysis and reports.
- Support the Senior Digital Manager merchandising the e-commerce store.
- Support with the Tradeshows and Congresses as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills/Education
- Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience in a social media role with a focus on customer service.
- Social media savviness, experience with all major social platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
- Expertise with website, digital campaigns and google analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital environment (B2B- e-com) and lead generation.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, customer care, training/education, product, quality, and creative teams.
- Proactive and timely responses to all incoming messages. Some weekend work expected.
- Eye for engaging, shareable content with the ability to think and act quickly.
- Creative and innovative mindset to implement out-of-the-box campaigns.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability.
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (Mail Chimp, Hootsuite, Later, SurveyMonkey, Photoshop).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and WordPress.
- Fluency in English and German a must.
Desired
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
- Other language skills.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is £xx,000 - £xx,000 gross annually. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors including skills, experience, location, and internal equity.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Diese Position unterstützt sämtliche Aspekte des lokalen Marketings sowie die täglichen Marketingaktivitäten über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg und berichtet direkt an den Marketing Director. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Umsetzung von Trade-Marketing-Maßnahmen, der Unterstützung von Digital- und Social-Media-Aktivitäten, E-Commerce-Prozessen sowie der Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien.
Darüber hinaus spielt die Rolle eine wichtige Funktion bei der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, dem Management externer Dienstleister, der Unterstützung von Merchandising-Aktivitäten sowie der Umsetzung von Projekten.
Verwaltung von Trade-Marketing-Materialien und Vertriebsunterlagen im Markt sowie Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen Richtigkeit, Produktinformationen und Markenrichtlinien
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-(GTM)-Strategien und Produkteinführungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Team
- Koordination mit internen und externen Partnern, um die korrekte Umsetzung von Marketingmaterialien (digital und print) sowie deren Verfügbarkeit für Kunden und Vertriebsteams sicherzustellen
- Hauptansprechpartner für Marketinganfragen und allgemeine Anfragen, einschließlich der Abstimmung mit dem EMEA-Team
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Messen, Kongressen und lokalen Veranstaltungen
- Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle und Influencer-Agenturen, einschließlich Content-Planung, Community Management und Performance-Analyse
- Verwaltung von E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen und Versandplänen über Klaviyo
- Unterstützung bei der Lokalisierung digitaler Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Digital-Marketing-Team sowie Unterstützung im E-Commerce-Bereich (Produktlistings, Aktionen und Content-Updates)

- Überwachung der Marketingausgaben gemäß Budgetvorgaben, Pflege von Budget-Trackern sowie Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Rechnungsbearbeitung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern (insbesondere in Abwesenheit des Marketing Directors)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Marketingpräsentationen und GTM-Unterlagen
- Pflege von KPI-Trackern und Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung über Marketingleistungen
- Unterstützung bei Zeitplänen, Projektverfolgung und allgemeiner Marketingkoordination zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und termingerechten Umsetzung von Marketinginitiativen
Ausbildung, Qualifikationen, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in den Bereichen Beauty, Hautpflege oder Medical Aesthetics
