Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive B2B go-to-market strategies for new games, features, and market expansions by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns using traditional and innovative tactics.
  • Product Positioning: Define value propositions, messaging, and user story-telling that resonates with operators to increase engagement and game adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content, Commercial, Promotions, land-based Marketing and Creative teams to align campaign efforts to product roadmaps and deliver consistent branding.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives to evaluate performance and optimize efforts.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify gaps and differentiation opportunities.
  • Other: Support the marketing team on broader business-driven initiatives, such as tradeshows and events.

Qualifications

  • iGaming Experience: Experience in the iGaming/gambling sector, preferably in a marketing capacity.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in analytic tools to evaluate KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent copywriting and messaging skills to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under tight deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of work experience; 8 years of related experience is required.
