Job Duties
- Plan and execute offline user acquisition campaigns through street promotions, booth setups, office building outreach, campus/community marketing, and other ground promotion activities to achieve phased user growth targets.
- Manage and operate user communities, develop activation strategies, guide new users to place their first order or open the app, and improve new user conversion rates.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage part-time staff to ensure efficient and organized operation of the field promotion team.
- Develop campaign schedules and execution plans, track user acquisition data, conduct performance reviews, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor customer acquisition cost, allocate budgets and resources efficiently, and continuously identify cost-effective acquisition channels.
- Handle unexpected situations during events (such as venue changes, weather issues, or temporary staff shortages), quickly develop backup plans, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Job Requirements
- Experience in offline promotion, field marketing, or user growth operations, with familiarity across the full execution process of ground promotion campaigns; experience in overall planning and execution is preferred.
- Strong data sensitivity and the ability to independently analyze acquisition metrics and use data insights to optimize campaigns.
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Excel, WPS, or Google Sheets, with the ability to independently create schedules, part-time staff management sheets, and data reports.
- Experience managing part-time teams, including recruitment, attendance tracking, and performance management.
- Strong information-gathering skills, with the ability to identify new channels and partnership opportunities, as well as strong resource integration and negotiation abilities.
- Strong execution skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to flexible fieldwork schedules; experience in food delivery, local services, or internet platform industries is a plus.
