Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote estate planning, will writing, and related services across digital and traditional channels.

The role also involves:

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with leadership and service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activity, and uncover opportunities for service growth.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to design campaigns, support lead generation, and contribute to client conversion and retention.
- Ability to use digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, website analytics) and basic CRM systems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Relevant experience in professional services marketing; experience in legal, financial, or estate planning sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
