Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)
More Than Loft Ladders | Hybrid | £50,000 to £60,000 + travel allowance + benefits | Full time
The short version
We're the UK's leading loft storage franchise, with a growing network of franchisees turning wasted loft space into safe, usable storage for homeowners across the country. Every franchisee depends on a steady flow of quality leads, and paid media is the engine behind it. We're hiring the person who owns that engine.
What you'll do
This is our first dedicated paid media role. You'll work alongside our Head of Content and franchise support team, with full ownership of paid from day one.
- Own our Google Ads and Meta paid campaigns end to end: strategy, build, budgets, testing, reporting.
- Drive lead generation for franchisees across the UK, balancing national brand campaigns with local territory targeting.
- Manage and optimise spend so every pound works hard. Cost per lead and cost per booked job are your scoreboard.
- Test relentlessly: creative, audiences, landing pages, ad copy. Kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
- Report clearly to head office and franchisees. No vanity metrics, just what's working and what it costs.
- Work with the wider team on seasonal pushes, new territory launches and franchise recruitment campaigns.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll bring
- A proven track record running successful Google Ads campaigns. You can show us the numbers, not just the slides.
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta paid ads (Facebook and Instagram) driving leads, not just likes.
- Home improvement or home services experience is a strong plus. You understand how homeowners buy.
- Sharp analytical skills: comfortable with conversion tracking, GA4, attribution and building reports people actually read.
- Landing page and ad creative instincts. You know what makes someone click and what makes them enquire.
- Self-starter attitude. We're a growing franchise network, not a big corporate. You'll have room to run.
