Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate communication between all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the recruitment database.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
