Qualifications
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate communication between all parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the recruitment database.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
