Robert Walters are partnering with a highly respected boutique investment management business to recruit a Marketing Specialist for their London team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll have genuine ownership across the full marketing mix, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape adviser engagement, brand awareness and business growth.

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid - with generous WFH flexibility

Salary: £65,000-80,000 DOE + Bonus

Key responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality adviser-focused content, thought leadership and marketing collateral.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage website content, email marketing and digital communications.
  • Coordinate adviser events, webinars and conferences.
  • Produce sales collateral and presentations to support business development.
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Investment and Product teams on commercial marketing initiatives.

About you:

  • 5+ years' marketing experience within financial services, wealth management, discretionary investment management or financial advice.
  • Strong understanding of the UK financial adviser (IFA) market.
  • Experience marketing Model Portfolio Services (MPS), discretionary investment solutions or multi-asset propositions would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
