Job Description

Join Canon EMEA as a B2B Marketing Strategy Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of our Imaging Technologies Consumer Group (ITCG). In this strategic role, you'll transform market insights and business priorities into innovative marketing strategies that drive growth across Europe.

Working closely with the B2B Marketing Manager and collaborating with teams across the business, you'll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns that make a measurable commercial impact. If you're passionate about combining strategic thinking with customer insight to influence business success, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of one of the world's most recognised brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy for your assigned sectors, developing insight-led plans that support ITCG's commercial objectives and Mid-Term Plan.
  • Turn market intelligence into action by analysing customer, competitor, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic direction.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, lifecycle activity, and key sector events that drive measurable business results.
  • Develop compelling marketing briefs that provide clear strategic direction, align stakeholders, and enable outstanding campaign execution.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing plans, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation, and performance measurement.
  • Own your sector marketing budget, ensuring effective investment, robust financial governance, and maximum return on marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver customer-centric campaigns that support commercial priorities across Europe.
  • Partner with National Sales Organisations (NSOs) and external agencies to ensure consistent execution while adapting strategies to local market needs.
  • Monitor campaign and market performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise activity and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Act as the recognised marketing expert for your sectors, providing strategic insight, thought leadership, and innovative ideas that influence business decisions.
  • Champion marketing excellence, staying ahead of market, technology, and customer trends while continuously developing your own expertise and helping Canon remain at the forefront of B2B marketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
