Job Description

Canon EMEA is looking for a Marketing Strategy Specialist to help shape the future of our business across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to own the marketing strategy for key customer segments and product portfolios, transforming market insight into innovative campaigns that drive commercial growth and strengthen Canon's position as a market leader.

Working at the heart of a collaborative, international team, you'll develop insight-led marketing strategies, lead the planning of high-profile product launches and lifecycle campaigns, and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations. From shaping strategic direction to delivering measurable results, you'll play a key role in creating impactful marketing that reaches customers across Europe while helping drive Canon's long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy for your assigned customer segments and product portfolio, developing insight-led plans that drive business growth and support ITCG's strategic objectives.
  • Turn market intelligence into action by analysing customer, competitor and industry trends to identify opportunities and shape long-term marketing direction.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies, product launches, brand campaigns and lifecycle activity that deliver measurable commercial impact.
  • Create compelling strategic marketing briefs that align stakeholders, inspire outstanding execution and ensure every campaign is positioned for success.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing plans, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and performance measurement.
  • Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, Product Management, Sales, Marketing teams, National Sales Organisations (NSOs) and agency partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Europe.
  • Monitor campaign and market performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and respond to changing market conditions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, bringing together diverse teams to align priorities, drive innovation and deliver against shared business goals.
  • Be the recognised expert for your customer segments and product categories, providing strategic insight, thought leadership and innovative ideas that shape Canon's marketing direction.
  • Champion marketing excellence, staying ahead of market, customer and technology trends while continuously developing your expertise to keep Canon at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
