Marketing Task Author (AI Training)

About The Role

Alignerr is building a dataset of expert tasks that train and evaluate advanced AI agents on real enterprise marketing work. As a Marketing Task Author based in or around London, you will design and calibrate demand and content tasks grounded in real data — drafting on-brand announcements, building competitive comparisons, and tracing campaign attribution — that require:

  • Factual accuracy,
  • Brand judgment,
  • Data-backed conclusions.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to experienced marketing professionals across the UK who want to apply their expertise to the frontier of AI development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate realistic marketing task prompts, including:

  • On-brand announcement drafts
  • Competitive comparison documents
  • Campaign attribution analysis

Develop scoring rubrics that formalise:

  • Factual accuracy benchmarks
  • Brand fit criteria
  • Data-backed logic validation for conclusions

For each task, create a rigorous self-solved validation process to ensure:

Refine task difficulty by adjusting:

Review and refine AI-drafted task prompts or rubrics with:

  • Correction of logical gaps
  • Adjustment of operational feasibility

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in one or more marketing functions:
    • Demand generation
    • Content marketing
    • Product marketing
    • Or closely related domains
  • Factual credibility in evaluating marketing claims and modelling data-adherence to conclusions
  • Brand stewardship expertise:
    • Identifying tonal deviance and tone authenticity
    • Articulating subjective "on-brand" evaluations as checkable, repeatable criteria
  • Proficiency with:
    • Campaign performance metrics
    • Attribution reporting frameworks
    • Competitive positioning memos

  • Capacity to bridge mechanics and meaning for marketing outputs (beyond "good writing"): Accuracy, brand alignment and justifiable reasoning

Nice to Have

  • B2B, industrial or enterprise marketing casework experience within UK/European markets
  • Technical comfort with:
    • HubSpot, Marketo, and reporting in Google Analytics
    • Looker Intelligence commonsense / data-presentation
  • Past multinational brand assignments or EMEA-focused positioning efforts
