We know great talent comes in many forms - including people returning from a career break. If you’re looking for part-time hours, flexible working, or a supportive transition back into your career, we’d love to explore how we can make this role work for you.

Are you a technologist passionate about customer centric marketing? Or even a marketer with one foot in technology?

Do you strive to deliver best practice data enabled Customer Experience? Are you a self–starter, able to see the ‘big vision’ and the steps needed to get there?

We are looking for entrepreneurial consultants to join our expanding specialist Marketing Technology consulting division as we strive to simplify the MarTech ecosystem for our clients, accelerate their Return on Investment and enable their next generation of digital marketing.

Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Martech team. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite - either at client site (as required) or in your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

As a Managing Consultant in the Modern Marketing Transformation Practice at Credera, you will help our clients transform their digital marketing capability through a holistic approach to their people, process, technology, and data.

No one day is the same, but what is consistent will be your focus on excellence and humility. Partnering with our clients to do whatever it takes to ensure they achieve demonstrable business outcomes.

Whilst attitude is more important than experience, we are looking for our Managing Consultants to have 3+ years of relevant experience. This could be in any professional context relevant to Marketing Technology. For example, you may have a consultancy background, an IT background, be from a digital marketing agency/marketing services provider, or built your experience working client side. If you do have a different background to this, we are also extremely keen to speak to you as diversity of background is also very important to us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
