Marketing Visual Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Visual Designer based in United Kingdom.
As a Marketing Visual Designer, you will play a key role in transforming marketing ideas into engaging and impactful visual experiences across multiple digital channels. You will support brand growth by creating compelling assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and video content. Working closely with marketing and content teams, you will help bring campaigns to life through strong visual storytelling, consistency, and creative execution. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys a fast-paced, production-focused environment and thrives on turning concepts into polished deliverables. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a global digital learning ecosystem while working remotely with a collaborative and creative team.
Accountabilities
- Create high-quality marketing assets across multiple digital channels, including social media graphics, carousels, email designs, templates, one-pagers, PDFs, sales materials, and presentations.
- Design visual content that supports marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and audience engagement goals.
- Create and edit short-form video content, including social clips, reels, and promotional videos.
- Produce mid-form video content such as educational videos, product overviews, and marketing presentations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into effective visual solutions.
- Develop and maintain design templates and systems to ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms and materials.
- Apply visual storytelling principles to improve communication, engagement, and conversion across digital touchpoints.
- Iterate quickly on creative work based on feedback, campaign performance insights, and evolving business needs.
- Support the creation of scalable design processes that improve efficiency and creative output.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing visual design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience creating digital marketing assets, campaigns, and branded content.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design practices.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating and editing both short-form and mid-form video content.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, typography, composition, and digital design standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote-first environment across different time zones.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and creative stakeholders.
- Experience in edtech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused design principles (CRO), motion graphics, animation, or maintaining design systems is a plus.
