Job Description

Become a vital part of our team as a Marketing Volunteer, where you will help amplify our charity's message and impact through strategic marketing and communication efforts. Your creativity and passion will contribute to raising awareness, engaging supporters, and furthering our mission.

Specifics of the Work

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, newsletters, website, and promotional materials to effectively communicate our charity's initiatives and impact.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to promote events, fundraising drives, and awareness initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts including social media management, email marketing, and SEO optimization to enhance our online presence.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and materials that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, ecology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sustainability initiatives within a nonprofit organization, government agency, or corporate setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the charity's mission and impact effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
