ABOUT TOURHUB
TourHub (tourhub.co) is a Cardiff-based, internet-first travel technology company. We've built a marketplace aggregating 15,000+ group and adventure tours from operators worldwide, giving travellers one place to discover and book trips that were previously scattered across hundreds of individual operator sites.
We're a startup, which means small team, big ambition, and very little standing still. We move fast, build constantly, and treat AI as core infrastructure — for coding, automation, design, content, and analysis. If something can be done better with a smart system, we'd rather build the system than grind through the task.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring two recent graduates to join us at the start of their careers and grow fast. These are broad, project-led roles. As a startup continuously developing and improving new things, we don't have neat little boxes — you'll move across disciplines depending on what the business needs that month. The common thread: rather than just doing a job, you'll often be the person building the system that does it better, faster, and more automatically.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
WHAT YOU'LL GET INVOLVED IN
- Social media — organic and paid, across our consumer and B2B brands
- Google advertising — search and Performance Max campaigns
- Content management — across a catalogue of 10,000+ pages
- UX, Web design, video creation — improving how travellers discover and book
- Business flows — mapping and refining how things actually work end to end
- Content management — keeping our product and performance data clean and useful
- Liaising with suppliers — working directly with tour operators and partners
The early focus for both roles will likely be creating new systems and automations to handle these areas better, heavily leveraging AI tooling.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're degree-agnostic within reason — a software, science, design, filmmaking/creative, marketing or business background all make sense here, although you ideally should have had at least one STEM subject at A-level or equivalent. What matters far more to us than the exact subject is how you think.

The characteristics we care about most:
- A deep sense of curiosity — you poke at things, ask why, and aren't satisfied with "that's just how it works."
- A genuine, slightly obsessive fascination with what's now possible with AI — you're excited by what these tools can do and itching to push them further.
- Numerate and articulate
You don't need to arrive already fluent in digital marketing, AI coding, automation, or design tools. What's non-negotiable is the desire to learn them and the determination to become genuinely good at them. If you're the kind of person who teaches yourself something over a weekend because you couldn't leave it alone, you'll fit right in.
