Marketplaces Assistant

📍 Walsall, West Midlands – Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 from home)
📈 High-growth with fast-track progression opportunities

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce business operating across both owned D2C channels and established online marketplaces, specialising in high-demand consumer products within the home consumer electronics space. As they enter a new phase of growth, they're on the lookout for a Marketplaces Assistant to join their team.

The business has a strong operational backbone, a sharp focus on customer experience, and clear international growth ambitions. With an expanding presence across UK and European marketplaces, they are investing in their team to support performance, scale, and execution across multiple territories.

This is a business with real momentum and a culture that rewards ambition, hard work, and a genuine willingness to learn.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Marketplaces Assistant role supporting the day-to-day performance and growth of Amazon UK and EU marketplace channels.

Working closely with a Senior Marketplaces Manager and internal teams, you will play an active role in catalogue management, listing optimisation, advertising support, and account health.

This role is ideal for an ambitious business/marketing graduate, an aspiring eCommerce professional, or a motivated individual who has run their own online side-hustle (whether that's an eBay store, Amazon account, Vinted shop, or independent brand). More than anything, we want someone hard-working, curious, and eager to turn their drive into a fast-tracked career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
