At Vivactive, we’re on an exciting growth journey — and we’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketplace Executive to help take our marketplace channels from £0 to £5m in sales.

The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in managing and scaling our presence across major online marketplaces including Amazon and eBay. From deeply understanding the process, and driving sales performance to improving account health and identifying growth opportunities, no two days will be the same. We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach — someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and continuously improving performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Marketplace Management
- Oversee the day-to-day performance and optimise our marketplace channels
- Manage marketplace account health, working closely with operational teams to maintain excellent performance standards and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Deeply understand the processes and performance in order to scale an efficient business
- Manage product listings to maximise visibility, traffic and conversion
- Monitor pricing, promotions, inventory and account performance
- Conduct regular listing audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Review performance and interpret data to influence change with the operation and identify growth opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Liaise between external and internal partners to maintain and optimise marketplace feeds and product templates
- Troubleshoot feed errors and system issues
- Manage repricing strategies and stock buffers
- Support automation and integration improvements across channels
- Feedback to Management and suggest positive action to influence change

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and passionate about eCommerce growth.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with confidence using Excel
- Experience of analysing data to influence positive change that has contributed to delivering an increase in conversion
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of SEO, marketplace PPC and feed optimisation
- Experience within eCommerce, retail, healthcare or outdoor/gardening categories is advantageous
- Knowledge of Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or similar multichannel platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 and Wise Robot or similar platforms is advantageous
