💥 Marketplace Manager

💥 £40,000 – £50,000 DOE 💥 Leeds – Hybrid working

ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand that is continuing to invest heavily in its commercial growth strategy across digital and wholesale channels.

As part of an exciting period of expansion, they’re looking for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of key partner accounts while identifying and unlocking new commercial opportunities across the UK and international markets.

About the role…

As Marketplace Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing marketplace and partner accounts, while identifying new routes to market and commercial opportunities. Sitting within the wider commercial team, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships and helping shape future growth across multiple territories.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Managing and growing existing marketplace and distributor accounts
  • Identifying and launching new marketplace and commercial opportunities
  • Monitoring sales performance, analysing trends and spotting areas for growth
  • Supporting pricing, trading and joint business planning across accounts
  • Leading account reviews, commercial conversations and sell-in meetings

About you…

This role would suit someone with strong experience in marketplace, wholesale, account management or commercial sales within a fast-paced consumer, retail, or ecommerce environment. You’ll be commercially sharp, confident managing relationships, and motivated by driving growth and spotting opportunity.

What we’re looking for…

  • Previous experience in marketplace, wholesale, account management or commercial growth roles
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales, margin and account performance
  • Experience building and growing external partnerships / key accounts
  • Confident using data and reporting to make commercial decisions
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace in a growing business
