About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce business operating across both owned D2C channels and established online marketplaces. They're looking for a Marketplace Manager to join their growing team, manage juniors, and help drive performance across channels such as Amazon, Ebay, and B&Q.

The business specializes in high-demand consumer products with a strong operational backbone, a focus on customer experience, and clear international growth ambitions.

With an expanding presence across UK and European marketplaces, they are now looking to strengthen their marketplaces function with a commercially minded hire who can support scale, performance, and execution across multiple territories.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a clear path toward long-term career progression.

About the Role

This is a commercially focused Marketplaces Manager role with responsibility for driving performance across Amazon (UK & EU5) alongside additional channels.

You will play a key role in supporting marketplace growth across international regions, managing day-to-day trading, and contributing to broader marketplace and advertising strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
