About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce business operating across both owned D2C channels and established online marketplaces. They're looking for a Marketplace Manager to join their growing team, manage juniors, and help drive performance across channels such as Amazon, Ebay, and B&Q.
The business specializes in high-demand consumer products with a strong operational backbone, a focus on customer experience, and clear international growth ambitions.
With an expanding presence across UK and European marketplaces, they are now looking to strengthen their marketplaces function with a commercially minded hire who can support scale, performance, and execution across multiple territories.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a clear path toward long-term career progression.
About the Role
This is a commercially focused Marketplaces Manager role with responsibility for driving performance across Amazon (UK & EU5) alongside additional channels.
You will play a key role in supporting marketplace growth across international regions, managing day-to-day trading, and contributing to broader marketplace and advertising strategy.

Day to Day Responsibilities and Duties for the Marketplace Manager:
Marketplace Management & Trading
- Manage day-to-day performance across Amazon EU5 and UK, alongside other marketplace channels
- Execute marketplace strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets
- Ensure consistency across pricing, product data, SEO, and content across all regions
- Support localisation of listings and optimisation for regional performance
- Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class execution
- Support, mentor, and oversee the day-to-day work of junior team members as the function expands
Advertising & Performance Growth
- Plan and optimise Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns across key product categories
- Manage budgets against ACOS and ROAS targets
- Support seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and brand-building initiatives
Content, Catalogue & Brand
- Maintain a high-quality, optimised product catalogue across marketplaces
- Improve product listings through A+ content, imagery, and storefront enhancements
- Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and maintain consistent brand presentation

Account Health & Compliance
- Monitor account performance, customer metrics, and compliance across regions
- Resolve marketplace issues, performance flags, and policy challenges
- Stay up to date with platform changes and regional marketplace requirements
To be successful in your application for the Marketplace Manager you will have/be:
- 3+ years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, conversion drivers, and trading levers
- Experience running and optimising paid marketplace campaigns
- Commercial mindset with exposure to revenue, margin, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills, particularly across Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable managing multiple markets and priorities simultaneously
Nice to have:
- Experience with tools such as Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, Helium10, or Jungle Scout
- Understanding of international fulfilment models including FBA, FBM, and cross-border logistics
