Marketplace Manager - Amazon & TikTok Shop (eCommerce Growth)
📍 Liverpool Street, London | Hybrid - 3 Days Per Week in the Office
💰 Up to £55,000 + Lucrative Performance Bonus
🛒 Amazon Marketplace Lead with Growing TikTok Shop Channel
🚫 No Visa Sponsorship Available
If you're looking for another marketplace role where you're simply updating listings, managing tickets, and reacting to issues, this probably won't be the right fit.
If you want to take ownership of high-volume marketplace trading, influence commercial decisions, and directly benefit from driving growth across Amazon and emerging channels like TikTok Shop, this is a very different opportunity.
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital consumer business that is continuing to expand across online marketplaces. Amazon remains the core revenue channel, but TikTok Shop is becoming an increasingly important part of the growth strategy, creating an opportunity for someone who understands marketplace trading and wants to help shape how the business grows across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on Marketplace Manager role where you'll own day-to-day marketplace performance, optimise trading activity, and identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume marketplace environment, with a proven understanding of what it takes to operate at scale. Experience managing Amazon accounts with significant monthly order volumes is essential, while TikTok Shop experience is highly beneficial but not required.
With clear commercial targets in place, there is also a very attractive performance bonus available for achieving growth objectives - rewarding the impact you have on marketplace success.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of marketplace performance across Amazon and support the continued growth of TikTok Shop. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day trading activity across Amazon Marketplace
- Monitoring sales performance, conversion rates, catalogue health, pricing, and promotional activity
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve marketplace performance
- Optimising listings, content, imagery, and product visibility
- Managing marketplace operations across a high-volume environment with 10,000+ monthly order volumes
- Using marketplace data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Supporting the growth and development of TikTok Shop as an emerging sales channel
- Working closely with marketing, content, creative, and operational teams to deliver marketplace growth
- Managing promotional activity and ensuring products are positioned effectively across channels
- Staying up to date with marketplace developments, platform changes, and new opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
