The MarTech Admin
The MarTech Admin acts as the critical enabler for marketing technology ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration, secure data flow, and compliance across platforms. By combining deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, data governance, and marketing automation tools with strong knowledge of privacy regulations, this role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technology execution for end-to-end customer engagement journeys.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain MarTech platforms such as Braze, mParticle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Segment.
- Ensure seamless integration of tools with existing systems using APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven architecture.
- Responsible for all aspects of application configuration and environment to drive efficiency, reliability, and quality through automation.
- Ensure robust security practices including IAM roles, encryption, and compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Champions build and support tooling/services to support CI/CD data pipeline processes for build, test and deploy automation.

Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Braze, mParticle, Python, VPCs, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Security, IAM, Encryption.
- Proficiency with platforms like mParticle, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Segment.
- Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and SDK integrations.
- Knowledge of identity resolution, data lakes/warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), and ETL pipelines.
- Strong experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps/CI-CD practices for deployment.
- Familiar with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
