New Business Sales Manager £60K

Ready to sell something genuinely different? We’re looking for a driven New Business Sales Manager to take an exciting AI-driven predictive technology proposition to market and help ambitious brands unlock smarter growth from their customer data.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales professional who wants more than a standard SaaS role. You’ll be opening doors with brands, retailers, agencies and digital-first businesses, showing them how real-time predictive intelligence can improve conversion, increase customer value, reduce wasted marketing spend and prove ROI quickly.

You’ll have a bold, commercially powerful story to tell: a platform that helps businesses understand what their customers are most likely to do next and turn that insight into measurable growth. For the right salesperson, it’s the chance to shape pipeline, influence go-to-market momentum and sell a proposition that feels fresh, relevant and built for where marketing is heading.

About the Role

This is a new business role for someone who can open doors, create opportunities and translate advanced predictive technology into clear commercial value. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, engage senior stakeholders and lead consultative sales conversations across CRM, ecommerce, digital, data and marketing teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
