Working at the heart of our product and delivery teams, you'll translate business objectives into clear product requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure solutions deliver real value for our users and stakeholders. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive Agile delivery, and play a key role in improving digital content workflows, asset management, and marketing technology capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality digital solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Product Owner, you will:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into clear user stories and requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, testers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-value product enhancements.
- Apply your knowledge of DAM platforms and MarTech ecosystems to improve content management, metadata, workflows, and system integrations.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Prioritise work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and customer impact.
- Support product releases, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and use stakeholder feedback to shape future enhancements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
