About the role
The Wear it Pink Manager plays a vital role in the successful planning and delivery of our biggest and most established mass participation event – Wear it Pink.
We have ambitious plans for this sector-leading product and we need the right person leading the team. We need someone who’s really able to make things happen. Driving the product forward, be creative and engage the entire organisation – all with supporters sitting at the heart of their thinking.
Leading a team of two and a wider matrix team of cross-organisation colleagues, you will ensure that we have the processes in place to enable the product to run effectively and efficiently. You’ll design a supporter journey that feels personal, inspiring and which leads to in-year support as well as repeat participation. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager who will be responsible for generating registrations for the campaign.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
