The Role:-
We are seeking a full-time Spa Therapist / Remedial Massage Therapist who enjoys combining relaxation treatments with deeper, outcome-focused work. You’ll be working with Retreatment Botanics, a luxury Australian natural skincare range

Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver remedial and therapeutic massage treatments Perform spa rituals and facials Provide lymphatic treatments (training provided) Deliver advanced face massage including buccal techniques (training provided) Create a high-quality, premium guest experience Maintain treatment rooms to a luxury standard Recommend retail products where appropriate Work both independently and within a small, supportive team

About You:-
You are a therapist who genuinely cares about your craft and your clients You will have a Diploma of Remedial Massage and/or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ industry experience (negotiable for the right applicant) Confidence in both massage and spa treatments Strong communication and client care skills Interest in holistic and integrative bodywork A desire to keep learning and refining your skills Experience in a luxury spa environment is highly regarded but not essential
