Ayanna Spa is a boutique day spa in central Kensington offering a broad range of beauty and therapeutic treatments in a calm, welcoming environment. With five treatment rooms and a dedicated nail lounge, the spa provides clients with a tranquil space to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate. The team focuses on personalized service, high-quality treatments, and a serene atmosphere that encourages overall wellbeing. Applicants joining Ayanna Spa will become part of a close-knit, client-focused team in a premium London location.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Massage Therapist will perform a variety of body and therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs, supporting relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves:
- Supporting outstanding customer service

- Adhering to spa policies and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide a welcoming, professional client experience.
- Proficiency in therapeutic massage and body massage techniques, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs and preferences.
- Experience or training in Shiatsu and other specialized massage modalities, or an interest in learning and expanding therapeutic skills.
- Knowledge of stress management principles and techniques, with the ability to support clients in relaxation and wellbeing.
- Recognized massage therapy qualification or certification, and compliance with relevant local regulations and professional standards.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including potential evenings and weekends, and to maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
- Attention to hygiene and cleanliness, with careful maintenance of treatment rooms, tools, and linens.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or clinical setting is beneficial, along with a genuine interest in holistic health and client care.
