Who are we looking for?
The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos, and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients! We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences.

Start date & Onboarding
The successful candidate will complete 4-week onboarding at their assigned spa location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.
Treatment Training
Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday, and you will learn our core treatments.
Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.
Training dates will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities
- Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
- Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
- Looking after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
- Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
- Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)
- Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
- Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
- Supporting stock control
Required Skills & Experience
- An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
- At least 1 year of practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
- Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
