Massage Therapist Opportunity – Poole, Dorset

Are you a Level 3-4+ Massage Therapist who loves helping people feel and move better — but finds yourself spending too much time worrying about where the next booking will come from?

We are looking for a skilled massage therapist to join our friendly, professional team in Poole, Dorset, working alongside chiropractors and healthcare professionals who collaborate to deliver outstanding client care.
This role is perfect for therapists who currently run their own small practice or side business but want the security, consistency, and support of an established clinic.

What We Provide

- Flexible schedules across six working days. Starting with a Monday AM and Tuesday all day, with opportunity to build your shifts to 6 per week.

What We’re Looking For
You Are Someone Who
- Is qualified to Level 4+ in Massage Therapy / Sports Massage
- Delivers high-quality, results-focused treatments
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with clients
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Is coachable and committed to improving their craft
- Maintain professional standards and accurate client records

- Position: Self-Employed Massage Therapist
- Schedule: Part-time (minimum 2 shifts / 12 hours per week)
- Location: Poole, Dorset
- Fee Split: Equivalent to approx. £30 per hour
