Role Description
This is a self-employed, zero-hours Massage Therapist opportunity based at our Worthing studio, with future opportunities to support our planned expansion into Brighton.
We're looking for a qualified and passionate therapist to deliver professional massage treatments in a premium, private studio environment. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer care.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and treatment room standards.
- Managing appointments professionally and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with returning clients.
- Representing the SWL Male Grooming brand with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
As a self-employed therapist, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a zero-hours arrangement while becoming part of an ambitious and growing business.
Qualifications
Essential
- Recognised massage qualification (VTCT, ITEC, or equivalent).
- Professional and friendly approach to client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- High standards of hygiene and health & safety.
- Ability to work independently.
- Right to work in the UK.

Desirable
- Previous experience within a spa, wellness clinic, or premium grooming environment.
- Membership of a recognised professional body.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Interest in growing with an expanding premium brand.
